Quick Wild Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add wild blueberries, lemon zest and lemon juice to saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mash some of the berries with the back of a wooden spoon.
  4. Remove from heat, then stir in chia seeds and sweetener.
  5. Pour into glass jars or bowl and cool.
  6. Store in fridge up to 2 weeks, or freeze in ice cube trays.

To Plate

Serve on homemade cloud bread or oopsie rolls. One serving is approx. 1 Tbsp.
