Turkey Crust Keto Pizza

Cook Time: 35 min.


  • 24oz ground turkey
  • 1egg
  • 3Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 3Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2tsp dried Italian spice blend, or 2 Tbsp. chopped herbs
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: Black olives, bell peppers, salami, pepperoni, etc.
  • 1/2cup sugar-free marinara, such as Rao's brand
  • 1cup whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • Fresh basil and/or arugula, chopped or torn


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients and press into the baking sheet to form a crust.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes until meat is cooked through.
  4. Spread sauce, then add cheese.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes more until bubbly.
  6. Top with fresh basil and/or arugula.
  7. Let cool 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
