Simple Tuna Salad for One

Cook Time: 1 min.
- 3 oz. canned tuna
- 1 Tbsp. mayo (look for a brand made with avocado oil instead of soybean/canola)
- Sea salt and Pepper, to taste
- Drain tuna in a mesh strainer.
- Separate chunks with a fork until flaky.
- Mix in mayo.
- Season with sea salt and pepper.
Minced parsley, minced dill pickles, dijon mustard, diced celery.
