Easiest Ground Beef Tacos

Cook Time: 25 min.
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 packets sugar-free taco seasoning, such as Primal Palate brand or homemade
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 head Boston lettuce or iceberg
- 1/4 cup water, if needed
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the meat.
- Add taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve in lettuce cups with sliced avocado. Or, instead of lettuce, serve with low-carb tortillas or homemade cheese taco shells, or prepare as taco bowls over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and/or cilantro.
