Salmon Burgers

Serves 4

Cook Time: 10 min.



  1. Place all ingredients except pork rinds and cooking oil in a large mixing bowl and combine.
  2. Shape into patties and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  3. Dip both sides of each patty in pork rinds.
  4. Refrigerate patties 10-15 minutes for best results. Meanwhile, heat oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet
  5. Fry until lightly browned on both sides, about 5-6 minutes total.

To Plate

Serve with homemade tartar sauce on top of a fresh green salad.
