Keto Egg Cups

Serves 6

Cook Time: 20 min.



  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a large-size muffin tin, place 1/2 tsp coconut oil in bottom of 6 spaces.
  3. Fill unused muffin cups with a little water when baking.
  4. Place a handful of spinach and 1 tbsp tomato in each cup.
  5. Beat eggs, then add cream and divide mixture among the cups.
  6. Sprinkle 2 tbsp cheese and 1/8 tsp turmeric on top of each one.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until eggs are set and top is slightly browned.

To Plate

Eat as is or top with avocado or cream cheese.

You can also vary the base mix with bacon, ham, herbs, or other greens.

Also, these egg cups freeze well for batch cooking.
