oz brewed coffee or coffee alternative (dandy blend, teeccino, etc.)

Tbsp collagen powder

raw egg yolks

Tbsp coconut oil

tsp ghee
2-3
drops liquid stevia, plain or vanilla flavor, to taste (or sub keto-friendly syrup)

tsp cardamom

tsp cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
Drink slowly, calmly and enjoy!
