Carnivore Keto Fish Taco Plate

  1. Remove fish from packaging and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
  2. Prepare the egg wash in a small bowl and then mix crushed pork rinds and sea salt in a pie dish or shallow bowl, along with optional spices.
  3. Heat animal fat (about 1/2-inch deep) in heavy-bottomed pan until a few grains of the pork panko sizzle. Meanwhile, begin to dip each piece of fish in the egg wash, and dredge in the coating.
  4. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes before frying if you have time, to help the coating adhere to the fish.
  5. Place coated fish in hot oil, without crowding the pan. Fry about 2 mins each side and remove to a paper towel or rack to drain.

To Plate

Serve with homemade cheddar-cheese tortillas and your favorite carnivore keto toppings.
