Carnivore Chaffle Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Pre-heat waffle iron and brush with melted butter or other cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a medium bowl, then add shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, and collagen powder.
  3. Whisk unti thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour half of batter onto heated waffle iron and close.
  5. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes, or until set.
  6. Remove chaffle and cook on a wire rack while you cook the second one.
  7. Heat the sausage patty in microwave or skillet.

To Plate

Assemble the sandwich by placing the sausage patty between the two chaffles. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce, if tolerated.
